This class is intended both for students who are brand new to sailing and to those with minimal or intermediate experience.
Students will be expected to be moderately independent, self-reliant, and have a above-average ability to follow directions and instruction. Each student must have basic swimming skills and closed-toe water shoes. We have Life Jackets to share but you are also welcome to bring your own.
Classes will be hosted at the Punta Gorda Boat Club, 802 W Retta Esplanade, Punta Gorda.
